It has a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens wide on fruity notes of white pulp fruit and citrus nuances of orange blossom flowers. On the palate it presses with a great freshness embellished with a light mineral note that gives bulk and structure in the mouth. Elegant finish, soft, long persistence with delicate floral returns, with aging it acquires greater flavor and aromatic references of hydrocarbons. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 18 ° C in stainless steel tanks.
