Zane Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso DOC 2017 – Boscaini Carlo
The Zane Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso DOC 2017 – Boscaini Carlo wine is characterized by a bright ruby red.
The olfactory picture is multifaceted and complex and opens on display on fruity notes of black cherry and wild strawberries, followed by spicy notes, cloves, white chocolate and roasting. On the palate it is voluminous, juicy and passionate, with compact and silky tannins and an imperishable persistence finish.
Referments on the marc of the amarone and the recioto and refines in oak barrels for 18-24 months.
A deep wine, of great concentration and with a sensational and varied taste-olfactory expressiveness. It is a duty to rank it among the best Valpolicella Ripasso.
